GETTING STARTED

We have clients of all ages, men and women, and client levels from the extremely injured to the extremely fit.  

If you have prior experience in Pilates – with either Mat or Reformer – we recommend starting with at least one private session with us to assess which class and level might work best for you.

 

If you are totally new to Pilates, we recommended an orientation of at least three introductory private sessions which will enable us to take you through all the Pilates fundamentals required for classes, and together with you establish the best path forward for your Pilates journey.

 

These introductory sessions are on a one-to-one basis, and sessions are between 45 minutes – 1 hour in length.
